Autumn in Bohinj

October. One of the most beautiful months in Slovenia. No wonder why – the autumn colours are just beautiful and on a sunny Sunday it would be a sin to stay at home!Bohinj seemed a natural choice for its beautiful lake and surroundings. Since I was the only photographer I departed when it was still dark and the others joined me later atBohinj. It was hard to get up that early but when I experienced this magnificent sunrise I was glad to do it!
The sky was chrystal clear and the beautiful morning sunlight was just majestic. But the narrow Bohinj valley was still covered with deep fog.

Nosy cow approached me curiously. Probably she wanted me to photograph her. I complied with her wish.
Bohinj in autumn is much more pleasant place to visit since there are less tourists and the autumn colours make it even more beautiful.
For the end of our trip to Bohinj we decided to visit the Mostnica troughs. It is a pleasant one hour hike up the river to the Voje valley.

On the way back i had to stop at the Bled lake, because the light was just fantastic – again. Unfortunately there were already some clouds covering the Karavanke mountain range. But anyway – it was a great Sunday trip!

?udovite fotke, meni osebno je najbolj vše? tista s korit Mostnice. Super!
rumena barva lupinic (kajakov) se odlično ujame z barvami v naravi. zato mi je tud najbolj všeč. pa una Šeka ni slaba….
